By accessing or using Baiotel's AI-powered virtual receptionist service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Baiotel provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that answers phone calls, books appointments, provides information to callers, and sends SMS notifications on behalf of your business.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Our Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable monthly fee for your chosen plan
  • Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Pay for any usage exceeding your plan's included minutes

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited calls, or harassing communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service for illegal telemarketing

6. Call Recording Consent

By using our Service with call recording enabled, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable recording consent laws
  • You will inform callers that calls may be recorded
  • Baiotel is not liable for your failure to obtain proper consent

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baiotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baiotel and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
